Chicken and Vegetable Patties

I’ve created an healthier alternative to the traditional beef patties that all toddlers will enjoy! Prep these is easy and they cooked fast. Chicken Veggie Patties are one of my hidden vegetable recipes coated with sweet and sour sauce.
The combination of minced chicken and a variety of vegetables makes such soft and delicious irresistible patties.
The patties are especially delicious after frying and if you want add the sauce we attached a few space options.

 2 Celery ribs, Grated
 1 Carrot Grated
 1 Zucchini Grated
 1 lb Ground Chicken
 ½ cup Parsley Chopped
 3 Clove of Garlic Grated
 ½ cup Breadcrumbs
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Turmeric
 ½ tsp Cumin
 1 tsp Salt

Grate celery, garlic, zucchini and Carrot in a bowl. Add ground chicken. Combine. Add egg, breadcrumbs, salt, cumin, turmeric and parsley. Mix well. Put the mixture in the fridge for 1 hr . Shape into 3/4 inch thick patties. Cook patties in hot oil about 10 minutes and turn patties over. Cover skillet for another 10 minutes or until brown. Patties are done when you pressed lightly in the center and you feel a resistance.
