Baked, vegetarian and delicious latkes that combine orange lentils, sweet potatoes, oats and all goodness. Healthy food can also be tasty and colorful and even stimulating. Serve alongside a green salad and have a healthy and wonderful dinner.
Put the cup of orange lentils (after washing) and sweet potato cubes in a pot.
Fill water until the lentils and sweet potatoes are covered and bring to a boil.
Cook the lentils and cubes of the sweet potato until softened and drained.
Lightly crush the lentils and mash with a fork, no need to crush a smooth paste.
Place the lentil mixture to chill and in the meantime fry a chopped onion in a frying pan with golden oil spray. Add the fried onion to the lentil puree.
Add the egg, oats, flour and spices and mix well all together.
grease a pan with oil sprays and use your hands to make small patties and bake in the oven about 200 degrees 15 minutes on each side, until golden brown..
