Yes! You can STILL have Pizza!

Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up the foods you love. Instead, learn to re-create those foods you love and grave at home.

Me, I’m a pizza girl. I LOVE pizza, but it getting it from a restaurant, the calories can add up quickly. Let’s not even get into how much fat 1 slice can contain (okay its around 15-20g of fat PER slice).

Here is a great alternative to curve your cravings that will leave you satisfied and fulfilled!

 1 Joesph’s Lavish Bread
 1 oz Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
 1 oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
 12 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni
 ½ cup pasta or pizza sauce (My favorite is Classico Spicy Red Pepper at only 8g of carbs per serving)
 Mushrooms (Optional)
 Peppers (Optional)
 Onions (Optional)
 (Don’t be afraid to load up on the veggies!)

Coat Lavish bread in egg whites or Pam Cooking spray and place in the oven at 400 degrees for about 2-3 minutes until slightly brown.

Remove Lavish from oven and put all of your toppings on with the sauce going first.

Put back in the oven on broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Cool for 2-5 minutes and slice into 6 rectangles.
